The Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the science of applied geophysics and the education of geophysicists.

BECOME A MEMBER

Being a member-driven society, SEG’s continued success depends on its standing and ad hoc committees. As part of SEG’s global strategy, members may participate in most committee meetings from anywhere in the world if they have telephones, internet access, and a few extra hours to devote to deliberations.

As an organization SEG has standards and regulations it follows to maintain its professional geophysical assistance.
