Donors to the SEG Foundation can make a real difference in the lives of students and professionals in the geosciences community through student programs and professional development opportunities. Donors also help support the humanitarian application of geoscience knowledge and technology around the world through projects that benefit communities in need facing environmental hardship and natural hazards due to resource shortages, natural, and human-induced disasters.
