- SEG requires prepayment on ALL orders. Letters of credit will not be accepted.

Publication prices are quoted as List or Member price. SEG members receive a discount of 45% off of list price on most titles. Nonmembers are offered list price. Instructors are encouraged to contact SEG for discount information on book orders for classes.

SEG Shipping Policy
The Society cannot guarantee delivery by U.S. or other postal services. Allow six weeks for delivery to addresses remote from the United States. SEG will NOT replace lost or damaged shipment(s) free of charge unless the order was shipped by a traceable method (UPS or Federal Express). SEG does not ship with DHL. Placing an Order
All orders are accepted through the SEG Shop. International customers are responsible for paying customs duties in their own countries. This cost is not included in the cost of shipping the order. Refunds will not be issued for books that are undelivered because customs duties or brokerage fees were not paid.

Special offers/sales appearing on the SEG website are not honored by Eurospan. If Eurospan does not stock a title listed on the SEG website, it can be ordered directly from the SEG Shop.
All returns MUST have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items without an RMA will be refused and returned at the purchaser’s expense. Please contact SEG by phone 1.918.497.5546, fax 1.918.497.5558 or email [email protected] to obtain an RMA or to report shortages/misshipments. SEG will accept only authorized returns. Returns should be sent with the RMA to SEG/Ware-Pak, 2427 Bond Street, University Park, IL 60484. Returns must include: SEG invoice number, SEG order number, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and reason for return. SEG will deduct a 15% restocking fee (minimum of US$5.00) from the refund amount.
Merchandise MUST be in original condition (shrink-wrapped) with original packaging and must have the RMA enclosed and clearly referenced in the shipping material. The shipment will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their cost if these terms are not followed.
SEG does NOT issue debit or credit memos. SEG will prepare a refund check which will be mailed upon inspection of returned items. Credits against orders should not be applied and deductions taken against invoices will be returned. Videotapes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, Geophysics, Interpretation, and The Leading Edge cannot be returned for any reason. SEG will NOT accept returns after 90 days from the ship date.
When orders are returned to SEG as undeliverable (due to incorrect or missing address information) or as refused, SEG will contact the purchaser by e-mail or by telephone. If no response has been received within three months, items will be returned to inventory. A 15% restocking fee, the original shipping cost, and the cost of return shipping to SEG will be deducted from the order total before a refund is issued.
