Jennifer Erich is a seasoned geoscience and business leader with over 20 years of experience at ExxonMobil. She began her career in petrophysics, seismic interpretation, and prospecting, and went on to hold supervisory roles in Formation Evaluation and Argentina Exploration Operations. From 2014 to 2021, she led development assignments in commercial analysis, strategic planning, and corporate change management—including a key leadership role in ExxonMobil’s global reorganization.
Most recently, Jennifer served as Geoscience Manager in ExxonMobil’s Bengaluru, India office, where she was instrumental in building and expanding the team. She is now transitioning back to the company’s Houston headquarters. Jennifer is a dedicated volunteer and advocate for professional development and STEM outreach. Her service includes leadership roles in the Women’s Interest Network (WIN), India’s Leading to Win initiative, and the University of Iowa Geoscience Alumni Board, among others. She also plays a key role in SEG’s India expansion efforts and is a valued internal advocate for SEG within ExxonMobil.
