Martin Traugott

Mr. Traugott has thirty years experience with Shell Oil, Shell Development, Amoco, and BP. He teaches several pore pressure prediction courses a year at the Chevron/BP Training Center. He is the developer of the centroid concept and is the principal creator of PRESGRAF, a software used at BP-Amoco for pore pressure predicition. Mr. Traugott holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a M.S. degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho, and is currently a Ph.D. research student in the Department of Geology at the University of Durham in the United Kingdom. Mr. Traugott is a member of AADE, AAPG, and SPE.
