The special SEG negotiated room rates are only available when you book your rooms through Experient. Third party housing agencies, travel agencies and hotels falsely claiming to service the SEG Annual Meeting may contact you directly for your business. These groups are unable to provide SEG exhibitors the quality of room offered in the official block, extended special rates and they often require full prepayment without a cancellation option. For these reasons, we encourage you to book your housing through Experient, our official provider.
